Rick Flagg has been covering politics in the Florida Capitol since 1978, when he was a student at Florida A&M University. He has covered every governor since Reubin Askew and actually liked a couple of them. During his 40+ years as a radio reporter, he won dozens of awards and was part of the team that won a national Edward R Murrow award for best news in radio. Rick has two daughters, two grandsons and more than 200,000 bees in his yard.
